Dwellers" is a sonic performance that reflects on accelerationism, ecologies, and
queer identities. In this piece, a moth has built its nest in a crashed car: A symbiotic car-moth as a dystopian premise. Polyrhythms, patterns, and gestures are inspired by the asynchronous sounds of wax moths, mechanical labour, and the possibility of intimacy.
Following a car crash, slowness emerges as an honest manifesto and a survival tactic. The performance incorporates wearable technology, including movement and temperature sensors, to manipulate sounds through gestures.
